Educator.
He was born in the RM of Sifton on 2 February 1903, son of John Samuel Williams (1872-1953) and Maggie Amelia Bonner (1876-1947), he was a teacher (1937-1962) and Principal (1959-1962) at Elkhorn School. On 27 September 1928, he married Helen Cannon (1903-1998) at Virden. They had no children. He managed the Elkhorn Agricultural Fair. He died at Brandon on 9 February 1974 and was buried in the Elkhorn Cemetery.
