Historic Sites of Manitoba: Marshall-Chambers Park Monument (RM of Yellowhead)

A stone monument in the Rural Municipality of Yellowhead commemorates the donation by Jean M. Chambers of land for a public park in memory of Andrew and Kirsty Marshall, and William Chambers. Unveiled in July 1938, it stands on the former site of Marshall House, an early stopping place for travellers on the Fort Ellice Trail.
