This school in the Fort Garry area of Winnipeg commemorates school division Superintendent Arthur A. Leach. Originally commissioned by the Fort Garry School Division for elementary and junior high grades, it was officially opened by Ben Hanuschak on 22 October 1975. Since 2022, it is part of the Pembina Trails School Division.
