Memorable Manitobans: Norman S. Toms (c1931-?)

Educator, school inspector.

Born in Saskatchewan, he was the Principal of Cartwright School (1954-1955), Pierson School (1956-1959), The Pas School (1959-1962), and Virden School (1962-1965). In 1965, he was appointed a Manitoba School Inspector.
