Memorable Manitobans: Kenneth George “Ken” Dillen (1938-2020)

MLA (1973-1977).

Born on 29 April 1938, he was elected as a New Democrat for the Thompson constituency in the 1973 general election. He was subsequently defeated in the 1977 and 2011 general elections. In recognition of his community service, he received the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Medal (1977). He died at Cutler, Ontario on 20 April 2020.
