Capitalist (large real estate interests in Manitoba).

Born London, England, 17 October 1854, son of Edward and Elizabeth Eleanor Quelch Chambers. Educated at Pembroke College. Cambridge, England. Called to Bar, London, England, 1875; came to Winnipeg, 1880. He was a member of the Manitoba Club, St. Charles Country Club, and Middle Temple Club (London, England). Address: Royal Alexandra, Winnipeg.
