Richard Alan “Dick” Wankling (1926-2004)

Municipal official.

He served as Mayor of Fort Garry from 1960 to 1971, and a President of the Manitoba Association of Urban Municipalities from 1966 to 1967. He died on 4 September 2004, at sea near Naples, Italy.
