Educator.
Born in the Rural Municipality of Rhineland on 5 February 1891, son of Simon Wolkoff (1853-1922) and Mary Ann [Marianna] Edinger (1860-1929), and brother of John Robert Walkof and Joseph Sidney Walkof, he taught at Winkler School (1911) and was Principal of Acheson School / Rosenfeld School (1915-1917, 1918-1920) and Gretna School (1920-1922). On 16 Apil 1914, he married Sadie Loewen at Winkler. His later whereabouts are not yet determined.
