Businessman.
In 1907, he was Secretary-Treasurer of the Elmwood Cemetery Company. He was a member of the St. Charles Country Club. He moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, where he died on 27 April 1954. He was buried in the Elmwood Cemetery in Winnipeg.
