Memorable Manitobans: Randolph B. “Randy” McNicol (1950-2018)Lawyer. Born at Winnipeg on 31 July 1950, he attended St. Paul’s High School and the Law School at the University of Manitoba. He had a 30-year law career at Fillmore Riley, served as a Bencher (2002-2004) with the Law Society of Manitoba, and was made a Queen’s Counsel. He volunteered with Marymound School, Legal Aid Manitoba, St. Paul’s High School, and was the Honorary Solicitor of the St. Andrews Society of Winnipeg. He died at Winnipeg on 8 June 2018.
