Educator.
Born at Regina, Saskatchewan on 30 April 1908, son of Lewis L. Kramer and Kathleen McLaughlin, he came to Manitoba where he worked as a teacher at Sifton School (Principal, 1928-1931), Brookdale School (Principal, 1931-1936), Lord Selkirk School (1954-1955), Kent Road School (Principal, 1955-1956), and Isbister School (Principal, 1957-1960). He married Olga Gniazdoski of Sifton. He died at Creston, British Columbia on 14 March 1977 and was buried at Erickson, British Columbia.
