Customs officer, photographer.
Born at Providence, Rhode Island on 5 July 1940, youngest of three children of Nicholas Kosciow (1893-1943) and Florence Puchacz (1902-1993), he graduated from Alliance College in Pennsylvania then enlisted in the United States Air Force. After his military discharge, he worked for the US Customs Service for more than 32 years. He enjoyed traveling and spent many summers at Dauphin, connecting with his Ukrainian heritage. His passion was photography and, in June 1998, he staged an exhibition of a collection of his framed photographs of Dauphin-area churches at the Vernon Watson Arts Centre. He later donated several of them to the Manitoba Historical Society. He died unmarried at Attleboro, Massachusetts on 23 June 2022.
