Memorable Manitobans: R. Bruce Kilbourne (1875-1918)Teacher, lawyer. Born in Ontario, he taught school at Ninga, Boissevain and Deloraine. In 1910, he moved to Winnipeg and took legal training with the firms of Aikins, Loftus and Aikins, and D. R. C. Maclean. He was solicitor for the Board of Retail Merchants Association.
