Memorable Manitobans: Jean-Marie Huot (1918-2009)Physician. Born at St. Boniface on 26 June 1918, he attended Provencher School, St. Boniface College, and the University of Manitoba, graduating with a medical degree from the latter in 1945. In partnership with Robert A. Jacques, he founded the St. Boniface Clinic in 1951 and practiced there until retirement for health reasons in 1992. For many years, he was the coroner for St. Boniface.
