Memorable Manitobans: William Greenwell Hackett (1863-1930)

Real estate agent.

Born at Kettering, England on 2 May 1863, he came to Winnipeg in 1904 and operated the Hackett Land Company. He died at the St. Boniface Hospital on 28 May 1930 and was buried in the Elmwood Cemetery.
