Memorable Manitobans: Earl Vincent “Bud” Fossay (c1920-2004)

Farmer, municipal official.

Born near Starbuck, he served as Councillor (1950-1957) and Reeve (1958-1989) of the Rural Municipality of Cartier, being succeeded in the latter position by J. U. Legault. He died at Winnipeg on 12 December 2004.
