Memorable Manitobans: Manitoba Recipients of the Governor General’s Caring Canadian Award

Established in 1995 by Governor General Romeo Leblanc, this award is given to people and groups whose voluntary contribution provide extraordinary help or care to their community. Recipients must have served several years and, normally, not received a national or provincial honour.
