Police officer, historian.

He has BA in Criminal Justice from Athabasca University (2004), a law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Manitoba (2010), and a Masters in Law from York University (2015). He joined the Winnipeg Police Museum and Historical Society Inc. in 1989 and is currently the Vice-President. He has written a number of articles on policing and law enforcement that have appeared in trade publications, law journals, online, and in several books. A member of the Winnipeg Police Service from 1987 to 2012, he has rejoined the Service and is presently Chief of Staff.
