Margaret McWilliams Award: 2010 Short Lists

The following are the 2010 short lists for Margaret McWilliams Awards, one of the oldest literary awards in Canada, named in honour of writer Margaret McWilliams. Books nominated for this award have been published in the 2010 calendar year.

Readings from short-listed books will be given on Monday, 25 April 2011, at 7:00 PM, at McNally-Robinson Booksellers (Winnipeg Location, Grant Park, Atrium). All are invited to attend this free event.

Winners will be announced on Manitoba Day 2011 (12 May) and presented on Saturday, 4 June 2011 at 1:00 PM, at a ceremony at the Dalnavert Museum Visitors Centre (61 Carlton Street, Winnipeg) during the Annual General Meeting of the Manitoba Historical Society.
