Historic Sites of Manitoba: St. Raymond School No. 782 (RM of Ste. Anne)The St. Raymond School District was organized formally around 1893 and a school building was erected on the southwest quarter of 33-7-7 east of the Principal Meridian, in the Rural Municipality of Ste. Anne. The school building was a unique design incorporated living quarters for the teacher above the classroom on the main floor. The school closed around 1967 and the remaining students went to Ste. Anne Consolidated School No. 2379. As of 2019, the building still stood at the site but it has suffered significant structural deterioration, with the floor of the teacherage collapsing into the classroom.
