This two-storey residence on Victoria Avenue in Brandon was built for lawyer George Benjamin Coleman. It was subsequently lived in by businessman Oscar L. Harwood (1920-1945) and nurse Marjorie Elliot Jackson (1945-1974). In 2012, the building was designated as a municipal historic site.
