Historic Sites of Manitoba: Daly and Coldwell Block / Coldwell Block (1104-1110 Rosser Avenue, Brandon)

This two-storey, brick building on the south side of Rosser Avenue, between 11th and 12th streets in Brandon, was designed by local architect Frederick John Chubb. It was constructed in 1892 as offices for the law firm of Thomas Mayne Daly and George Robson Coldwell. After Daly left Brandon, Coldwell carried on alone for over 15 years and the building became known as the Coldwell Block.
