Real estate broker.

Born Rheder, Germany, 9 December 1864. Educated Berlin University; Munich University; Frieburg University. Came to Winnipeg, 1905; manager, German Canadian Land Company, Winnipeg, 1905-1908; established present firm, 1905; ex-officer of German Army. Married Lulu Becker, Germany. Society: K. of C. Tilde, Independent; Roman Catholic. Address: Winnipeg.

In 1911, Tilly was proprietor of Tilly & Norton Company, McArthur Building, Winnipeg.
