Memorable Manitobans: Kenneth Smith (1878-1949)
Municipal official.
Born in Huron County, Ontario, he came to Manitoba with his parents in 1883. He served as a councillor and Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Boulton for 40 years. He died at Russell on 11 June 1949 and was buried in the Russell Cemetery.
