Business manager.
He was manager of the Manitoba Division of the Sun Life Assurance Company, located in offices on the 9th floor of the Lindsay Building in Winnipeg. In late 1924, he was elected Chairman of the Federated Budget Board. He resided at 191 Lisgar Street, Winnipeg.
