Memorable Manitobans: Joseph Côme Séraphin Royal (1858-1882)Printer. A son of Joseph Royal, he was Postmaster at St. Boniface, and also a member of the Municipal Council in 1882. During that year he was also organist at St. Boniface Cathedral. At one time he was a manager of the Métis printing establishment.
