Hardware merchant.
Born Gray County, Ontario, 25 November 1864, son of Alfred and Annie Owen. Educated public school. Commenced business career Owen Sound, Ontario, 1885. Came to British Columbia, 1898. Park Commissioner. Was alderman, Carberry, Manitoba. Married Margaret Webb, Owen Sound; has three sons and two daughters. Societies: IOOF; I.O.F. Address: 2731 Westminster Road, Vancouver, B.C.
