Memorable Manitobans: Mary Lea (1844-1927)
Pioneer.
Born at Birmingham, England in 1844, she came to Manitoba in 1880. Married to Richard Nathaniel Lea, 18 March 1869. They had four sons and four daughters. She was a member of the Anglican Church. She died at Manitou, Manitoba on 23 November 1927.
