Memorable Manitobans: Auguste Laroche (1934-2000)

Educator.

Born on 2 May 1935, son of Philias Laroche (c1898-1976) and Florence Bourgeios (c1902-1991), he became a teacher and was Principal of St. Germain School. He and his wife, Marie Olivia Moquin (c1937-1978), had three children. He died on 28 April 2000 and was buried in the St. Pierre Jolys Cemetery.
