Memorable Manitobans: Ihor “Yogi” Klos (1944-2013)Musician. Born at Lintz, Austria on 4 October 1944, son of Walter and Stella Klos, he started classical violin training at a young age and became known for his fiery, distinctive style. After a brief stint in Nashville, he went on to entertain throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe with such musical groups as The D-Drifters, Mickey and Bunny, the Rusulka Dance Ensemble, and Yogi and Friends.
