Farmer.
Born at Wood Bay on 20 March 1881, son of W. Kemp and Margaret Affleck, on land homesteaded by his father, he farmed in the Rural Municipality of Louise. On 30 December 1918, he married Mary Abigail “Abbie” Haines (?-?) who came to Manitoba in 1906 from Wingham, Ontario. He died at Morden on 16 February 1944 and was buried in the Wood Bay Cemetery.
