Memorable Manitobans: Robert Latham Jeffrey (1934-2004)

Actor, singer, producer.

Born at Winnipeg on 3 May 1934, son of David Jeffrey and Nellie Latham, he attended Faraday School and the Royal Conservatory of Music (Toronto). He performed on CBC Television and on stage at Stratford (Ontario) and in Europe. He was a founding member of the Paulus Film Group and was co-director of the “Reach For The Top” television series. He died at Toronto, Ontario on 17 September 2004.
