Memorable Manitobans: Robert “Roy” Heintz (c1884-1932)

Building contractor.

Born in Russia around 1884, he and his family moved to Winnipeg in 1912. He worked as a general contractor and was married to Annie Erdmann (1886-1931). He died at Winnipeg on 8 January 1932 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery. He was survived by two daughters and two sons.
