Memorable Manitobans: Belinda Hamilton (1863-?)
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, 6 November 1863, daughter of W. R. and Hannah Johnston of the Thornhill District. She married William Hamilton and accompanied him west in June 1877, where they settled in the Manitou district. They had three sons and six daughters.
