Memorable Manitobans: Kathleen Hall (1943-2002)Actor, public relations. Born at Belfast, Northern Ireland on 22 September 1943. Working as a flight attendant and dental assistant, Hall had an amateur acting career and also hosted her own interview show on Winnipeg Public Access Television for two years. She was deeply interested in communications and politics and served in vital public relations roles for several provincial and federal Progressive Conservative campaigns.
