Arthur Thomas Hainsworth (1901-?)

Born near Deloraine, Manitoba on 2 May 1901, son of Arthur Hainsworth and Annie Lane Richard, he served as Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Winchester for many years and President of the Union of Manitoba Municipalities in 1966 and 1967. He received a Manitoba Good Citizenship Award in 1973.
