Memorable Manitobans: Daniel Gilmour (1873-?)
Farmer.
Born in the Township of Sheffield, Ontario, 30 November 1873. Came to Manitoba, 1881, Pilot Mound District. Purchased land, now farms 640 acres. One of the most successful farmers in his district. Married Anne Jane McCoy, 1898. Has three sons. Councillor Louise Municipality for six years. Trustee of the School for fifteen years. Address, Wood Bay, Manitoba.
