Memorable Manitobans: James Alexander Fallis (1858-?)
Farmer.
Born in the Township of Clark, 12 April 1858. Moved to Peel County, later to Huron County, and came to Manitoba, 1881. Homesteaded south-west quarter 20-4-10. Now farms 480 acres. Married Mary Ann Hammond, 1887, born in Lachute, Quebec. Came to Manitoba, 1887. Has two sons and a daughter. Was a School Trustee for some years. Methodist. Address, La Riviere, Manitoba.
