Artist.
Born at Lancashire, England in 1889, she studied at the Liverpool School of Art before coming to Canada in 1921. She became a member of the Winnipeg Sketch Club in 1924, and from that year until 1928 she was enrolled at the Winnipeg School of Art. She became a member of the Manitoba Society of Artists in 1943. She overcame many physical handicaps, including partial blindness and partial deafness. Over the years she produced and exhibited (most recently in 1982) many watercolour landscapes of local scenes.
On 18 September 1915, she married John Fowl Eyden (?-?) at Winnipeg. They had a daughter, Nancy Kathryn Eyden (wife of Sam Saidman).
She died at Winnipeg on 26 February 1990.
