Memorable Manitobans: Isaac Clayton Ellard (1886-?)

Businessman.

Born at Ottawa, Carleton County, Ontario, 1886. Son of W. J. and Mrs. Ellard. Married Eileen Patricia Hancock, 4 September 1920. Was educated at Ottawa. Was engaged in the lumber business. Joined Canadian Expeditionary Force, 18 November 1914, Motor Transport. France, September 1915; served with Second Division until September 1919. Returned to Canada. Came West in 1922. Recreations: Golf, tennis and riding. Anglican. Address, Fort Osborne Barracks, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
