Memorable Manitobans: Paul Brandt (1934-2006)

Farmer, trucker.

Born in 1934, he began working as a truck driver in a northern logging camp in 1951. He bought several trucks and, in 1971, founded Paul Brandt Trucking which, over the next few decades, operated across Canada and the continental USA. He also worked in farming for his whole life. He died on 23 June 2006.
