Historic Sites of Manitoba: Canadian Pacific Railway Station (First Street, Lac du Bonnet)

A Canadian Pacific Railway type 15 station was built in 1926 at Lac du Bonnet, on the CPR Lac du Bonnet Division, to replace an earlier building. The building was subsequently moved to Milner Ridge in the Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet and was used as a retreat by the Sisters of the Holy Cross.

In 2023, a commemorative plaque at the original station site was erected by the Lac du Bonnet Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee.
