Historic Sites of Manitoba: Wiltshire Apartments (30 Spence Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and masonry block on Spence Street in Winnipeg, measuring 75 feet by 116 feet, was designed by architect James William Hawker and built in 1930 for owner John Harold Wiltse at a cost of about $100,000. The building contained 31 apartments in its original configuration.
