Historic Sites of Manitoba: Thoona School No. 1241 (Municipality of Prairie View)A metal sign marks the former site of Thoona School in what is now the Municipality of Prairie View. Established formally in May 1903, a school operated here from 1906 to 1919, when it became part of the Miniota Consolidated School District No. 680 in the village of Miniota.
