Historic Sites of Manitoba: Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church (927 Assiniboine Avenue, Brandon)

This Ukrainian Catholic church on Assiniboine Avenue in Brandon was built in 1941 to replace an earlier structure from 1903-1905. On the ceiling of the sanctuary is a painted representation of the crowning of the Mother of God, which is one of the first works executed in Canada by artist-sculptor Leo Mol.
