Historic Sites of Manitoba: Spence House (204 Brock Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey red brick and wood frame house on Brock Street in Winnipeg, measuring 28 feet by 31 feet, was designed and built by contractor/owner Roy Gordon Simpson between 1928 and 1929 at a cost of about $6,000. He sold it to Harry M. Spence, a baggage and mail agent at the Canadian National Railway.
