This one-storey wood frame and stucco, Arts and Crafts-style house is on Inkster Boulevard in Winnipeg. Measuring 22 feet by 30 feet, it was built in 1924 by owner/contractor Moses Dorfman at a cost of about $3,000. He sold it to Frank Smyth, a physician.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
