Historic Sites of Manitoba: Poole Conservation Monument (Municipality of Deloraine-Winchester)

A plaque entitled “Bill Poole Heritage Habitat” in the Municipality of Deloraine-Winchester was erected in 2002 to mark the donation to the Turtle Mountain Conservation District of a 120-acre parcel of native grasslanda and hardwood forest by William Reginald “Bill” Poole. He was the TMCD’s district manager from 1977 to 1989.
