Historic Sites of Manitoba: Newman Block (246 Saskatchewan Avenue East, Portage la Prairie)

This two-storey brick building on Saskatchewan Avenue East in Portage la Prairie was built in 1902 by C. Jeffrey for brothers Thomas Alexander Newman and Frederick Leslie Newman to serve as a general store.

It is listed by the City of Portage la Prairie as a building of heritage interest.
