Historic Sites of Manitoba: Mount Pleasant “One Six” Hall (RM of Stanley)

A sign and monument, dedicated on 10 July 1999 and situated in the Rural Municipality of Stanley, commemorate the Mount Pleasant “One-Six” Community Hall established here in 1899 by Icelandic settlers to this region, centring on Township 1 in Range 6 west of the Principal Meridian.
